Biography
Danial Karshenas, 31, was killed on January 8, 2026, after being shot in the neck by Islamic Republic security forces in Yazd. His family discovered his body in a refrigerated truck among anonymous victims after searching for a week. After being pressured into silence and denied the right to hold a memorial in Yazd, his family held his 40th-day service in Darab, his father's hometown.
دانیال کارشناس، ۳۱ ساله، در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر شلیک مستقیم مأموران جمهوری اسلامی به گردنش در یزد جان باخت. پیکر او پس از یک هفته جستوجو، در یک ماشین سردخانه در میان کشتهشدگان بینام پیدا شد. پس از ممانعت نهادهای امنیتی از برگزاری مراسم در یزد و اخذ تعهد سکوت از خانواده، مراسم چهلم او در داراب (شهر پدریاش) برگزار گردید.
